In the 20th century the site became known through the Richmond Hill Inn, a celebrated destination for sunset views, Jamaican hospitality and fine dining. The new Richmond Hill continues that legacy as a contemporary, fully integrated lifestyle community.

The Architects
Designed by XKR Consultants
XKR Consultants is the lead design team taking the vision to reality: the multi-disciplinary Kingston practice behind the entire complex, from master plan and architecture to structural and MEP engineering.
Their design carries Richmond Hill Club into its new era, shaping the terraces, pools and gathering places where so many people will share special moments above the bay.
